Valda Cui shoots a water bomb at the aimed direction that leaves a Tide Trap while hitting the scene or reaching its maximum distance. Tide Traps can [Drench] enemies for 2 sec and mark them with [Soaked]. Cannot use when being attacked. Tide Traps cannot bind enemies with golden Focus.
Hold F to aim at a spot within a 20m range, and lay multiple Tide Traps all around it 1.3 sec after releasing F. These traps can be triggered separately and [Drench] enemies for 0.5 sec, marking them with [Soaked]. Cannot be used while under attack. Tide Traps cannot bind enemies with golden Focus.

Valda Cui knocks back nearby enemies, calls upon oceanic energy to crash down upon a fan-shaped area before her, binding the enemies hit with [Dragon's Coil] for 15 sec and marking them with [Soaked].
She leaps into the air with her sea dragon, hurling a water spear which can be thrown to attack enemies by tapping horizontal attack.
The thrown water spear will consume the sea dragon's Health and all Dragon's Coils that are binding enemies. the damage scales with her equipped weapon's rarity.
The sea dragon's Health determines both its duration and time of all [Dragon's Coil]'s bind.

During the time while sea dragon exists, Valda Cui can summon multiple water spears. These can be thrown by tapping H to trap targets with [Dragon's Coil] for 1.8 sec; or thrown by tapping V to deal more damage. The water spear's Attack scales with the rarity of her weapon. Both ways will mark enemies with [Soaked].
The sea dragon's Health determines its duration. Any attack except spears thrown by tapping will make enemies free from [Dragon's Coil] and turn immune to [Dragon's Coil] for 1 sec.
